You can register for classes, view your account balance, payment history, and upcoming fees at anytime by clicking the Online Registration/Account Information button. Your user name is the primary email address that you provided upon registration. If you forgot your password, please click the Forgot Password link to reset it.
Classes may be added at any time using our online registration tool. Any student wishing to change or drop a class must fill out an Add or Drop form. All changes must be made in writing. A written notice is required 30 days prior to dropping a class. Those who fail to give a 30 day notice are responsible for all unpaid balances. There are no refunds or credits under any circumstance.
The registration fee and first month’s tuition is due at the time of registration. Registration fees are $35 per dancer or $50 per family. Please choose classes carefully! There will be No Credits or Refunds for dropped classes. Tuition may not be carried over to the next month. Anyone who fails to pay tuition for the month will automatically be dropped from their class/classes and required to pay any balances owed. Regardless of attendance, tuition is due the 1st of each month. Tuition is an auto-pay. Payments made after the 1st of the month a $10 late fee will be applied to your account. There will be a $25 fee for all returned checks or Declined Cards.

Any student who misses a class due to illness, emergencies, or personal reasons may attend a different class as a make-up. Students may choose any class that fits their age and level. Make-up classes must be made before the end of the season, and are forfeited if the student withdraws from the class that the make-up class is for. NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be given under any circumstances. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Scheduling your make-up classes is easy, here is a quick video that will show you how easy this is to use:
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Monthly tuition rates remain the same, whether it is a long month (5 weeks) or short month (2-3 weeks). This includes the June recital month. There will be no monthly statements sent out, unless you are overdue. Tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE and there is no discount for classes missed or absences. I agree to pay Gotta Dance Company (GDC) for services rendered (e.g. the teaching of dance lessons, private lessons, etc.) according to the charges outlined in the GDC tuition schedule. A $35.00 per dancer annual registration fee is due at the time of registration. The annual family registration fee is $50.00. There is also a $20.00 late fee for tuition received after the 5th of the month, an additional $20 will be billed every 5th day (up to a maximum of $60) if payment is not received. Should the Client fail to pay or is delinquent in their payments, a credit card will need to be placed on file for any future billing issues. Any fees (tuition, costumes, competition fees, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file if not paid within 30 days of the due date. By entering my credit card/banking information, I am agreeing to all dance charges (tuition, registration fees, costume deposits, costume balances, competition fees, etc.) to be applied to this card. Please contact the office if you wish to pay in person or use a different payment method at any time. Payment to GDC for the amount specified in any invoice is due within 30 calendar days of the invoice date, or otherwise, the Client may be referred to a Collection Agency.
I, the parent or guardian of the below named minor child (the “Participant”), who desires to participate in dance classes and performances offered and organized by Gotta Dance Company (the “Studio”), hereby acknowledge that I am aware that there are significant risks associated with participation in such dance classes and performances, including, without limitation, the risk of serious bodily injury. On behalf of myself, my spouse and the Participant, and our respective heirs, administrators, representatives and successors, I willingly assume such risks. Further, I hereby represent that Participant has no physical or mental disability or impairment or any illness that will endanger Participant or others in connection with Participant’s participation in the dance classes and performances offered by the Studio.
I, the parent or guardian of the Participant, for myself, my spouse and the Participant and our respective heirs, administrators, representatives and successors, hereby waive the right to bring any claim or suit and hereby voluntarily release and discharge the Studio, its owner (Trish Madden), employees, independent contractors, agents and insurers from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (referred to herein collectively as “Claims or Losses”) arising out of, relating to or in any way connected with Participant’s participation in the Studio’s dance classes and performances, including, without limitation, any Claims or Losses for personal injury, wrongful death or property damage allegedly arising out of the negligent acts or omissions of the Studio’s owner(s), employees, independent contractors or other agents.
I, the parent or guardian of the Participant, hereby authorize the Studio and its owners, employees, independent contractors and other agents to consent to and authorize the emergency medical treatment of the below named Participant by a physician duly licensed or by a dentist duly licensed in the state of Arizona. I understand that this Consent to Emergency Medical and Dental Treatment will be used by the Studio only if it is unable to reach me within a reasonable period of time given the circumstances of the emergency. On behalf of myself, my spouse and Participant, I forever release the Studio and its owners, employees, independent contractors and other agents from any and all liability related to the exercise of the authorization provided herein.
Thank you for your continued trust and support of Gotta Dance Company. As a participant or as a parent/guardian of a participant of the Gotta Dance Company Dance Program/Classes, I recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury and I agree to assume full risk of any injuries, including damages, death or loss which may be sustained as a result of participation in any activities connected with the Gotta Dance Company Program. I agree to waive and relinquish all claims against Gotta Dance Company and its faculty members from any and all claims resulting from participation in the program and/or any class, event, etc. In case of accidents or sickness, I consent to emergency medical care for my child/self to be provided by ambulance or hospital personnel. I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19, also known as “Coronavirus,” and other contagious diseases and viruses and I voluntarily assume the risk that I and/or my children may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 or any other communicable disease by attending and participating and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed or infected by COVID-19 and other contagious diseases and viruses may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, employees, volunteers, and program participants and their families. I have read and understand all the studio policy information and acknowledge and accept the potential risks.
Ballet: Pink split sole Ballet shoes, required color leotard, and pink tights must be worn in all ballet classes, more information will be provided when registering for a ballet class.
All other genres:
Any dance wear is acceptable for all dance classes. Jazz shoes are optional, but most dancers prefer bare feet or pirouettes. Dance tennis shoes should be worn in Hip Hop, Street Jazz and Jazz Funk classes. Ballroom shoes, our dancers wear Roymall Women’s Satin Latin Dance Shoes.
All dancers will receive a packet and a contract at the beginning of the season with all requirements for the season. Contracts must be signed prior to dancer learning any choreography for the season. For more information, please contact the front desk.

Any dance wear is acceptable for all dance classes.

Hip Hip Hooray! It’s COSTUME PICK UP DAY ! This is a Family Event your dancer will remember forever! We will have a whole day of event planned for your family today! Events such as a balloon artist, professional face painter, bounce house and refreshments. Save the Date Now! GDC families will also have the opportunity to purchase extra recital tickets and recital merchandise, register for summer and fall classes, and visit with our GDC faculty!
